When moving to a different computer we now ask each employee to assume responsibility for their own bookmarks and getting them transfered to their new web browser. But you'll need to do some work BEFOREHAND to make it work.
If you use Safari:
- On old computer go to Apple Icon/System Preferences/iCloud
- Log in to iCloud, or create a new Apple ID, using your school email and password.
- After logging in, make sure you're at the Apple Icon/System Preferences/iCloud window
- Turn on the "Safari" button.
- On new computer do the same steps. Safari bookmarks will now sync between the two computers.
- On old computer, in the upper right-hand corner of Chrome, click on the middle icon
- If you're already signed in, click on the "Sync" section and make sure the "Bookmarks" slider button is turned on
- If you're not signed in then sign in using your school email and password.
- Click "Continue" if you get this window :
- Click "Link Data" if you get this window:
- On new computer do the same steps. Chrome bookmarks will now sync between the two computers.
If you use Firefox:
