1. From the Zoom app click the New Meeting button or open a meeting you have scheduled

2. Click Participants and then Invite

3. Go to Zoom Rooms and then the room you will be projecting in

4. Click the Invite button

5. From the Poly Room device you need to press Accept

6. If you have Admit required for your meeting you will need to Admit the Zoom Room

7. On the Zoom Room device select View for additional options

8. Gallery is the most used option. It will display the speaker as the main view and others on a smaller view on the side. Choose Speaker if you only want the speaker on the screen. Click Show Non-video Participants to show user icons of participants with their camera off.
