If you are having problems with any of the Google Apps such as gmail, calendar, or drive. There are some quick steps you can do to troubleshoot.
- Quit your browser and reopen it. If you are in Chrome for example that'd be clicking the Chrome menu in the top left and selecting "Quit Google Chrome". Just closing the window will not quit the browser.
- Try another browser. If you normally use Chrome, try Safari or Firefox for example. This will let you know and the Tech Department that there's a problem with your browser. The most likely culprit is an Add-On or Extension is causing the issue.
- You can check the status of Google Apps if there's an overall issue affecting everyone by going to http://www.google.com/appsstatus.
