How to Receive Emails for Google Form Responses

 

After you’ve setup a Google Form you can edit the response form to send you an email for every form received.



You will now be editing a Google Sheet setup to receive responses. To set it up so that you will receive a notificationclick the Tools pullBdown and then Notification Rules





Now you will be able to set options for when you’d like to be notified.


To receive notifications whenever a new form is submitted check A user submits a form (recommended.)

 

To receive an email when every a form is submitted check Email – right away. Likewise, if you would only like a dailydigest of responses click Email – daily digest.
