Instruction for Transferring Directly to a User's VM

There are times when a caller may want to speak to someone but the person is unavailable and the user would like to leave a voicemail message. You can send the caller directly to the intended person's voicemail with the steps below.

While on phone with a caller take these steps:

On the phone screen, press the "More" button repeatedly until it displays an option named "T2VM", which stands for "transfer to voice mail"
Press "T2VM"
Type the person's extention you want to transfer the caller to
Press the "Enter" button on the phone screen
Hang up

The user will be sent directly to the user's voice mail.
