1. Navigate to the existing Google Form.

2. Click on "Responses." This example already has three responses.

3. Click on the three vertical dots/ellipsis

4. If you don't want to include the previous responses:

Click "Delete all responses"
Click "OK"

The original responses will remain in the original sheet.

5. Click "Select destination for responses"

6. Click "Create a new spreadsheet" and choose a new name.

7. Click "Create"

8. Click "View in Sheets." A new tab will open to the new Sheet.
