If you do not have a physical phone assigned to you, or if you would like to make a Zoom phone call when you are not near your physical phone you can do so using the Zoom app loaded on your phone or computer.  The phone call will be displayed to the receiving end as your school-assigned phone number.



From a Computer:


Log into your Zoom app (reminder - sign in with Google).  On the top, you will see options including one for Phone:



Click Phone.



On this screen, you now have a working phone on your computer.  You can type in names to reach personal contacts you may have saved and, also, a list of employee Zoom phone numbers:



The Caller ID will be displayed as the number listed at the bottom next to Caller ID.  If you would like to mask that number click the Caller ID and change it to one of these options:




From a Phone:


The Zoom app for phones can be downloaded from the App Store on iPhones and from the Play Store on Androids.


You can run the Zoom app from your personal cell phone the same way you do with a computer.


After signing into the Zoom app click the Phone option at the bottom of the screen:





You can choose employee-assigned Zoom phone numbers or personal contacts by clicking the 

and then you will see a list of employees and your contacts:
