If our Apple TV's or iPad printers are not showing up in their lists then reboot the controller.
First verify that the controllers are listed in our "SAES-Cluster"
- Launch Terminal
- type: ssh admin@10.10.2.7
- type: THE PASSWORD IS IN OUR PASSWORD DATABASE UNDER "Aruba controller for Apple TV"
- type: logon 10.1.1.40
- type: show lc-cluster group-membership
- ONLY PROCEED IF one of the controllers shows as "L2-Connected"
If controller shows as L2-Connected then proceed as follows:
- Open web browser
- type: 10.10.2.7
- Click SAES-Cluster/Configurations/Tasks/Reboot controllers
- Put a check mark in StudentCenter-MC2
- Click Reboot Now
